I love the long-term health benefits massage can offer – both mental and physical. I am passionate about using massage for physical pain relief for sports injuries, high level stress impact and overall wellness. Areas I most enjoy are women’s health, deep tissue and sports massage.
I enjoy nature, rock climbing, swimming and traveling. I love animals, my friends and family – especially my niece and nephew!
